Our staff are NDIS Screen Checked, trained in all aspects of cleaning and gardening.
CTC CARE are a NDIS, Aged Care, and Work Cover registered provider.

As a registered NDIS provider, we have staff that are able to help you in any type of service that you are needing at home.

Clients who are on the Aged Care (Commonwealth Home Support Program), can use a different provider for each specific service required. 

The main Aged care provider oversees your care and can use us (CTC CARE) to deliver those specific services, such as cleaning and gardening direct to you.

As a preferred provider for those who have recently found themselves out of work, we can assist clients who have home help approval on a short term arrangements that are cover by Workcover and TAC.

We also cater for DVA Clients, Private Homes and Commercial Premises as we have a number of staff that Specialise in those aspects of cleaning and gardening.

Our staff are individually Specialise in just one of the following from Gutter Cleaning to Oven Cleaning to Window Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning, the list goes on....

CTC CARE firmly believes in long-lasting relationships with their clients. They have been in the cleaning and gardening industry since 2006 and is well known in the local community.

We take great care to ensure that all of our staff are fully insured, vetted and trained in accordance with the highest standards of office and domestic cleaning.

Our Staff use an app to check in upon arrival at your premises (ensure your cleaning or gardening has commenced) and check out once the work has been completed. Periodic checks by our Supervisors are made at each location to ensure that our quality standards are met. Our Staff take considerable care when servicing your premises and we provide our own equipment and products.
